# FAQ
Find answers about packs, cards, wallet funds, shipping, and account support.
Do Stadium Vault packs contain real physical cards?
Yes, every pack contains a physical card - either a graded card or an authentic raw card.
Graded cards ship in graded-card sleeves; raw cards ship in top loaders and team bags.
What can I do with a card after I pull it?
After a rip, you can:
1. **Sell it back.** Accept the displayed sellback offer of 90% FMV. Funds go to your Stadium Vault wallet.
2. **Ship it.** In Collection, select the card, then request shipping.
3. **Keep it temporarily.** Decide during the sellback period shown in the app.
Our sellback period is three days. If you do not request shipment before it expires, the card will be automatically sold at the original 90% FMV offer. The sellback amount is then credited to your Stadium Vault wallet.
How does the Sellback function work?
After you reveal a card, Stadium Vault displays a sellback offer. Accept it to sell the card back and receive the amount in your Stadium Vault wallet.
The sellback offer is 90% FMV. For example, a card with a $10 USD FMV has a $9 USD sellback offer.
If you do not want to sell it back, keep the card and request shipment from **Collection**.
How does the First Rip Guarantee work?
The First Rip Guarantee applies only once, to an eligible paid rip. Eligible packs display the guarantee before checkout.
If a qualifying card's sellback offer is below the eligible pack price, Stadium Vault raises the sellback offer to at least that price.
The guaranteed amount is credited to your Stadium Vault wallet in USD. This is not an automatic refund to your payment card or bank account. It is a credit to your Stadium Vault wallet.
For example, you buy an eligible $25 USD pack. Its normal sellback offer is $18 USD. The guarantee raises the sellback offer to $25 USD. After sellback, your wallet receives $25 USD.
How do I enter a referral or promotional code?
Redeem referral and qualifying promotional codes in the Stadium Vault iOS mobile app only:
1. Open **Settings**.
2. Select **Rewards & Promo Codes**.
3. Tap **Got a code?**
4. Enter the code exactly as provided.
Enter referral codes before, or within 24 hours of, your first pack purchase. You can use one referral code per eligible account.
You cannot use your own code, a code from someone you referred, or a second referral code.
Referral code entry is currently only available in the iOS mobile app, not the web experience. The referral limit is 10 people.
Is there an Android app?
No. Stadium Vault has no official Android app.
Any app listed under our name in the Google Play Store is fraudulent. Do not install it.
Android users can access Stadium Vault at [stadiumvault.io](https://www.stadiumvault.io/).
When do I receive my free pack?
Under the friend-referral program, both users receive their reward after the qualifying purchase.
When your reward is ready, **Purchase any pack** changes to **Ready to claim**. Tap **Claim** to add the free pack to your account.

How do I withdraw funds?
Start a withdrawal from **Settings → Withdraw funds**. The withdrawal screen shows your currently withdrawable amount.
Before your first withdrawal, you must:
* Be at least 18 years old.
* Complete Coinflow payout setup.
* Complete required identity verification.
* Add an eligible payout destination.
Destinations and speeds vary by country, account, and financial institution. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated on the withdrawals page.
Where are withdrawals available?
Stadium Vault currently supports withdrawals for eligible US and Canadian users.
Why is identity verification required?
Coinflow processes withdrawals. Coinflow requires identity verification to meet its compliance obligations.
KYC is completed in Coinflow's hosted flow and is not stored in Stadium Vault's database.
Requirements vary by country and payout method.
Withdrawals are limited to USA and Canada only.
How long do withdrawals take?
Arrival estimates depend on your payout method and selected transfer speed, from under 1 hour to 3 business days. Weekends, holidays, and processing hours can delay processing.
Your review screen shows the fee, net amount, and estimated arrival before confirmation.
* **Pending:** Coinflow or the receiving network is processing the withdrawal.
* **Completed:** Stadium Vault or Coinflow released the transfer. Your destination may need more time to display it.
* **Failed:** The payout was unsuccessful. Once confirmed, the withdrawal amount should return to your wallet.
Can I cancel or change a withdrawal?
A submitted withdrawal cannot be guaranteed to be cancelled or redirected.
Before confirming, check the payout method, masked destination, amount, fees, and estimated arrival.
If you selected the wrong destination, contact support immediately. Include your username and withdrawal ID.
Stadium Vault and Coinflow will determine whether the transfer can be stopped. If completed, recovery may depend on the receiving institution or account owner.
How do I ship and bundle cards?
1. Open **Collection**.
2. Select all the cards you want to receive.
3. Choose **Ship**.
You can bundle up to three eligible cards in one shipping request. Select every card before checkout to reduce shipping costs.
Checkout shows current base shipping, per-card handling, applicable fees, and total.
How long does shipping take?
It typically takes 1-2 business days to dispatch your order, and 3-8 business days to arrive.
Order details will show when tracking should be issued and delivery timing from the ship date.
After shipment, tracking is added to your order. It is also sent to your account email. The carrier varies by order, location, and fulfillment partner.
Include the correct apartment, unit, or suite number. Address changes are not guaranteed after processing starts.

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, confirm the address and delivery location. Check with household members, building staff, and nearby delivery areas. Contact the carrier with the tracking number. Then contact support with your username, order number, tracking number, and the carrier inquiry result.

Can I receive a refund?
Pack purchases are not refundable.
You can accept the displayed sellback offer, keep the card during its decision period, or request shipment.
Refunds, reversals, and wallet credits are reviewed case by case. A wallet credit is not a refund to the original payment method.
Are prices in USD?
Unless stated otherwise, pack prices, card FMVs, wallet balances, sellback offers, guarantees, shipping fees, and withdrawals use US dollars.
Your bank or payment provider converts USD charges into your local currency. Its exchange rate and foreign-transaction fees determine the final amount.
For example, a $25 USD pack can appear as a higher numerical CAD charge. Stadium Vault still charged $25 USD.
The First Rip Guarantee returns the eligible pack price to your wallet in USD. Its USD wallet value may differ numerically from a CAD bank charge.
Why do I see a duplicate or pending charge?
A failed or retried payment can leave a temporary bank authorization. If Stadium Vault voids the payment, it usually disappears within 24–48 hours. Your bank controls the exact timing.
If one charge is pending, wait for it to settle or disappear from your account.
Why can’t I delete my account?
Delete your account under **Settings → Account → Delete Account**.
Before deletion:
* You cannot own active cards.
* You cannot have cards shipping or awaiting resolution.
* Your wallet balance must be $0 USD.
Sell or ship active cards, wait for active shipments to finish, and withdraw the full wallet balance.
If a balance is below the withdrawal minimum, or a completed shipment remains active, contact support for account closure assistance.
Deletion is permanent. You lose account access. A verified phone number from the deleted account cannot be reused. Stadium Vault removes identifying account information while retaining required transaction, collection-history, fraud-prevention, and legal records.
Where are physical cards stored?
Cards are stored in our secure vault.
How does shipping insurance work?
Shipping insurance covers your package if it is lost or damaged in transit.
Reimbursement follows the carrier's claims process.
The price appears at checkout. It depends on your shipment's value and destination.
Insurance costs more for high-value shipments. If you decline it, your package will not be covered for its full value.
